Garmen Tabor, born Garmen Suurmets on April 19, 1968, in Rakvere, Estonia, is a talented and accomplished actress and theatre director. Her educational background includes graduating from the Tallinn State Conservatory's Performing Arts Department in 1992.
Early in her career, Tabor worked at the Estonian Drama Theatre from 1992 to 2002, followed by a stint at Vanalinnastuudio from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2007, she took on freelance acting roles.
In 2005, Tabor joined the Kuressaare Linnateater, where she remained until 2008. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2011, she served as both a stage manager and director at the Estonia Theatre.
As of 2019, Tabor has been the head of the esteemed Ugala Theatre. Besides her extensive work in theatre, she has also appeared in films, lent her voice to various animated characters, and made television appearances.
