Gabriele Falsetta, a talented individual with a rich and diverse background, was born in the charming city of Genoa. However, he didn't let his youthful years dictate his path, as he left school at the tender age of 15 to pursue a career in a factory.
But, driven by his passion for the performing arts, Falsetta returned to education at the age of 23, enrolling in the prestigious Piccolo Teatro Acting School in Milan. He graduated in 2008, marking the beginning of a remarkable theatre career that would span over a decade.
Throughout his time in the theatre, Falsetta had the privilege of working alongside some of the most renowned actors in the industry, including Luca Ronconi, Fadhel Jaiibi, and Declan Donnellan. He took part in an impressive thirty-plus plays, honing his craft and building a reputation as a talented and dedicated performer.
In 2017, Falsetta had the opportunity to showcase his skills on the international stage, participating in the Roma Europa Festival with the show "SS/Santo Subito", part of the Werner Schwab Trilogy directed by Dante Antonelli.
In addition to his work in theatre, Falsetta also ventured into the world of film and television. In 2013, he co-founded the independent production company Frömell Films with his brother Jacopo, producing his first documentary "Dust, the wanted life", which premiered at the 33rd Torino Film Festival.
Falsetta made his feature film debut in "Sicilian Ghost Story", the second movie by A. Piazza and F. Grassadonia, which opened the Semaine de la Critique at Cannes 2017. He has since appeared in a range of films, including "The Nest" by Roberto De Feo, "Moglie e marito" by Simone Godano, and "Il mio nome è vendetta", directed by Cosimo Gomez.
When it comes to television, Falsetta has had the opportunity to star in a variety of shows, including "L' ispettore Coliandro - Il ritorno" by the Manetti Bros, "Lontano da te" by Ivan Silvestrini, "Il silenzio dell'acqua" by Pier Belloni, "Blanca" by Jan Michelini, and "Monterossi - The TV Series" by Roan Johnson for Amazon Prime Video.
Most recently, Falsetta has appeared in "Descarillados" directed by Fer Garcia Ruiz and produced by Sony, as well as "Il mio nome è vendetta" by Cosimo Gomez, produced by Colorado for Netflix. With his impressive resume and dedication to his craft, Falsetta is undoubtedly a talented individual with a bright future ahead of him.
