Fro, a native of Miami, embarked on a journey in the world of film, beginning with his graduation from the prestigious Miami International University of Art and Design's film school. This marked the starting point of his career, as he transitioned seamlessly into the industry.
His first stop was Fox Sports in Los Angeles, where he donned multiple hats as both Editor and Producer. During his tenure, he worked on a plethora of projects, including Formula 1 Racing, Nascar, NFL, NBA, World Soccer, and many other sports programs. This multifaceted experience granted him a strong foundation to build upon, fostering his skills and passion.
In 2005, Fro returned to Miami and joined NewArt Miami (formerly Circolo editorial) as an Editor, further refining his craft. He has since edited projects for a diverse array of agencies and created spots for esteemed clients such as AT&T, McDonald's, Trident, Subway, Sony, SC Johnson, Winn-Dixie, and Chevy.
Concurrently, Fro pursued his passion for direction, helming numerous commercials for prominent brands like AT&T, Ford Motor Company, Volkswagen, Sony, Kaplan University, and Foot Locker/Adidas. He also had the opportunity to direct music videos for notable bands like N.E.R.D., Afrobeta, Rachel Goodrich, and JESP.
In 2008, Fro directed the award-winning short film "Pencil Fighting: The Life and Times of Team Balderdash". This comedy took home the Grand Prize for BEST Short Film at the Orlando Film Festival, Los Angeles Backlot Film Festival, and Miami Underground Film Festival. The Miami New Times also awarded the film "Best Movie shot" in Miami. "Pencil Fighting" was accepted into numerous film festivals worldwide.
The following year, Fro released "Inventing Kin", which won BEST Short Film awards at the New York International Film Festival and Los Angeles Backlot Film Festival. This film also made appearances at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival and Orlando Film Festival.
Most recently, Fro directed "With Me", a commissioned short film starring Josie Loren of ABC Family's "Make it or Break it" television show. He is currently in post-production for his anticipated first directorial feature film, "Uncle Daddy", starring Kelly McGillis, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Joey Dedio, and Frankie Faison.
