After concluding his work on "The Blue Yonder" for the Disney Channel in 1985, Frank relocated to Los Angeles from San Francisco, establishing the city as his permanent residence ever since.
With over 35 years of membership in the Screen Actors Guild (SAG),Frank has contributed 20 years to SAG's pension plan.
Throughout his extensive career, Frank has appeared on television with a range of credits, including "Starring," "Guest Starring," "Featured," and "Co-Starring," playing notable roles such as a young Art Carney, the renowned prophet Edgar Cayce, the sinister Dr. Oddlike, the eccentric Professor Herbert Dippington, and the Puritan Barnabas Pinch.
As an on-camera principal, Frank has participated in more than 65 SAG commercials, including voice-over performances.
In addition to his television work, Frank has garnered numerous acting awards for his stage performances, including a "Dramalogue" in 1991 for his portrayal of Malvolio in an LA-based production of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night".
