Biography

Eric Keith is the Co-Founder, Chief Content Officer, and Executive Producer at SPACEMOB, with a career spanning nearly 25 years and a diverse background that includes acting, producing, leading a non-profit, and as a digital media executive.

He specializes in project development, packaging, and raising investment capital for feature films, as well as the development, finance, production, and distribution of television series for broadcast and streaming services.

As a Producer and CEO for Capstone Entertainment Group (CEG) since 2004, Eric has produced nearly 100 episodes of television originals and has secured the rights for dozens of television properties, including classics like the PBS hit The Red Green Show and Fox's Showtime at the Apollo.

Eric is a Creative Executive and storyteller consistently successful in identifying and developing high-quality new business relationships and pairing those new partners with the right products, services, and opportunities.

He is a member of the Producer's Guild of America & Television Academy and is a Primetime Emmys voter, having worked on multiple award-winning shows for major studios and networks, including ABC, NBC Universal, CNBC, HBO, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros Television, DreamWorks, Miramax, etc.

Eric has executive produced ten feature films, such as the psychological thriller Leave Yourself Alone, Jedi Junior High, and award-winning filmmaker Matt Hinton's offering Parallel Love.

He served as Executive Producer for Forget Me Not, the supernatural thriller starring Carly Schroeder, Cody Linely, Jillian Murray, and Bella Thorn, which was the #1 horror film on iTunes for 6 weeks, #2 on Redbox, and won Best Horror Film at the Hollywood Reel Film Festival.

Among his proudest achievements is serving as the Executive Producer of a docuseries about struggling girls growing up in Middle America, Girl Unscripted (PBS/Amazon),which has been shot over 15 years, and won 98 awards.

Eric is also the Executive Producer for the award-winning documentary feature film, We Have Just Begun (PBS),about the largest race massacre in US history, and the docuseries FAME/LESS (PBS),about a struggling musician as he tours the country with his wife, who has cancer.

Eric studied independent producing, film marketing, and distribution at UCLA, received executive certificates from Harvard Business School in the business of entertainment, sports, and media (BEMS),and in disruptive strategy with Clayton Christensen, and received a business foundations specialization from the Wharton School and a BA from Lincoln Christian University.

He got his start at the Tony Award-winning regional theatre company Actors Theatre of Louisville as a member of their Apprentice/Intern Company.
