Enrique Rico Diaz, a decorated veteran, brought his distinguished military career to a close as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, his service marked by a combat action ribbon earned while serving with a special operations unit.
Throughout his tenure, Rico pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from New York Regent's College, as well as a Master's degree from Webster University.
Following his release from active duty, Rico settled in Murrieta, California, despite being a native of Texas.
As a result of his military service, Rico faced several years of disability, enduring painful surgeries and innovative therapies, yet persevered and made significant progress.
During his recovery, Rico expanded his skillset by completing screenwriting programs at both the New York Film Academy and UCLA.
He also earned UCLA certificates in directing, producing, and cinematography, and has been an integral part of over 40 film projects as a producer, director, writer, or assistant director, taking on various roles and responsibilities.
Rico's long-term goal is to become a producer, writer, and director of feature films and/or television programs, showcasing his artistic talents and dedication to his craft.
