Stefania Berndsen, a talented individual, hails from a small town in southern Iceland, where she spent her formative years. Her academic journey led her to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting and Performance from the esteemed Department of Performing Arts at the Iceland Academy of the Arts in 2013.
Upon completing her studies, Stefania's exceptional skills caught the attention of The National Theatre of Iceland, which promptly offered her a contract. Since then, she has appeared in a diverse range of films, including City State, White White Day, Natatorium, Returning to Lulu, and the popular Netflix series Case, to name a few.
Stefania's impressive resume continued to grow as she was appointed an ensemble member of the renowned Burgtheater in Vienna in 2019. Her outstanding performances on stage have garnered her three nominations for the prestigious Gríma Theatre Awards in Iceland.
