Elli Tryngou, a Greek actress, was born on November 8, 1989, in Patra. She is a graduate of the Dramatic School of the National Theater, having completed her studies in 2016.
Tryngou's acting career began in 2014 when she appeared in the film "Suntan" during her first year of school. She then went on to star in the short film "37 days," which earned her several awards, including the Hellenic Film Academy's award for supporting actress and the Athens International Film Festival's award for debut actress.
In 2019, Tryngou landed one of the two central roles in the series "Motorway 65," which was selected for the competition at the Cannes festival. She has also had success in the theater, participating in productions such as "Sleeping Star," "The Evangelism of Cassandra," "Lolita reversed," and "Shakespeare in Love."
In addition to her work in Greece, Tryngou has also appeared in international productions. In 2018, she played Daphne Likourgou in three episodes of the British series "The Durrells." She also appeared in the online comedy series "Just Push Abuba" for the ZDF channel in Germany.
From 2019 to 2022, Tryngou had a leading role in the popular ANT1 series "Wild Bees," playing the character of Asimina Stamiri. She is set to star in the ANT1 series "The Witch" in 2023.
