Edward A Chambers, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, made a pivotal move to Napa, California at the tender age of eleven, marking the beginning of a journey that would take him down a path of diverse experiences. Following a stint in the United States Navy, Chambers returned to his home state of Louisiana, where he dedicated over two decades to serving as a police officer. It was during this time that he caught the acting bug, courtesy of a unique opportunity that arose while working as a bodyguard for the renowned actor Jackie Gleason during the filming of the movie "The Toy" in Baton Rouge. Gleason, impressed by Chambers' presence, encouraged him to try his hand at acting, and Chambers, hooked from the very start, went on to become an extra in the film.
As he continued to work as a police officer, Chambers also pursued his newfound passion for acting, landing small roles in various projects, including Hallmark's "Old Man" and a stunt gig in "Crazy In Alabama". However, he ultimately decided to focus on his law enforcement career, putting his acting aspirations on the backburner. Years later, Chambers reconnected with friends in the industry, and has since been diligently booking and studying acting opportunities, driven by his enduring passion for the craft.
