Throughout his career, he has accumulated a diverse range of credits, including narrative shorts such as Anniversary Present and The Straitjacket Lottery. Notably, his documentary credits include LSD25, The June Bug Symphony, Lifecycles: a story of AIDS in Malawi, and The Face of AIDS, which have garnered significant recognition and accolades.
As a prolific writer, Karr has penned six feature-length screenplays, with his most recent script, My Thermonuclear Family, earning the Grand Prize at the 2007 Filmmakers International Screenplay Competition.
