Donnie Blankenship's fascination with acting began during his childhood in Anaheim, California, where he was captivated by the cinematic masterpiece, The Godfather. As he grew older, his passion for acting only intensified, leading him to pursue his dreams in the entertainment industry.
In 1992, Blankenship made his professional debut in several theatrical productions in Los Angeles, showcasing his talents in plays such as "The Restaurant" and "The Ties That Bind". This marked the beginning of his successful career, which would span over two decades.
The following year, in 1993, Blankenship joined the esteemed Sarah Fulton Group, a renowned production company, and has remained a valued member to this day. Throughout his career, he has appeared in numerous daytime TV shows, including recurring roles on General Hospital and The Young and the Restless, until 2006.
As he continued to hone his craft, Blankenship began to focus on film, starring in student films such as "Out of Mind" and "The Speakeasy". He eventually graduated to SAG feature films, including "Throwdown" (2014),"Burn" (2015),and "Warfighter" (2016).
Currently, Blankenship is starring in the web series "The Kettleman", a post-apocalyptic tale of an apocalyptic pirate swordsman. Produced by Fire Born Studios, this project showcases his versatility and range as an actor.
