Djinn

Noted filmmaker Djinn was welcomed into this world on November 27, 1968, in the vibrant city-state of Singapore. Throughout his illustrious career, he has made a name for himself as a talented director and writer, with a diverse range of projects that showcase his exceptional storytelling abilities. Two of his most notable works include the critically acclaimed film "Perth" released in 2004, as well as the 1998 film "By the Dawn's Early Rise", which garnered significant attention from audiences and critics alike. Additionally, his 2001 film "Return to Pontianak" further solidified his reputation as a master of his craft. Prior to his current endeavors, Djinn was married to the accomplished filmmaker and actress, Hiep Thi Le, with whom he shared a deep passion for the art of storytelling.
