Diane Fine is a renowned professional screenwriter and "script doctor" with over two decades of experience in the Hollywood film industry. Her impressive portfolio of work includes credits on several notable films, such as "Storm" starring Martin Sheen and Luke Perry, "Firetrap" featuring Dean Cain, Lori Petty, and Mel Harris, "Art Heist" starring Ellen Pompeo and Billy Baldwin, and "Purgatory Flats" with Brian Austin Green, Nick Turturro, and Gregg Henry.
In addition to her work in feature films, Fine co-wrote the BET movie-of-the-week "Fire & Ice," starring Kadeem Hardison and Lark Voorhies, which received widespread acclaim and was nominated for an NAACP Image award, making it one of the highest-rated movie-of-the-week productions in BET's history.
Fine's educational background includes a degree from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts, where she honed her skills in screenwriting, creative writing, and storytelling. Throughout her career, she has taught various writing courses to students of all ages, including children, teenagers, adults, and seniors, in Los Angeles.
After relocating to Virginia with her family, Fine now teaches Screenwriting and Film Production at Old Dominion University, as well as several sections of The Screenwriting Workshop at The Muse Writers Center.
