Demet Evgar is a renowned Turkish actor, with a multifaceted career spanning theater, film, and television. She has also made a significant impact as a Goodwill ambassador for women's rights at the United Nations Women.
Following her graduation from Istanbul University's National Conservatory with a degree in theater, Evgar began her professional journey by co-founding the Tiyatro Kilcik with her conservatory friends. She then went on to join the Kenter Tiyatrosu, where she honed her craft by acting in various productions, including "Gece Mevsimi", "Anna Karenina", "39 Basamak", and "Cimri".
In 2003, Evgar founded her own theater company, Tiyatro Pangar, which has since become a platform for her to showcase her talents.
