Delaney's life journey began in the vibrant cities of Chicago and Los Angeles, where he nurtured his creative soul. He further honed his artistic skills by pursuing studies in Art and Film at New York University, followed by a stint at ArtCenter in Pasadena, a renowned institution for artistic innovation.
Delaney's remarkable talent in filmmaking was showcased in his award-winning film, "Death of Salvador Dali", which has been exhibited globally, including at esteemed institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) and PS in New York.
Beyond his work in film, Delaney is celebrated as an Avant Guardian by Surface magazine for his exceptional photography skills. His impressive portfolio includes campaigns for Flaunt, Guess, Tom Ford, and numerous celebrity portraits. This expertise led to his role as a director/producer at NBC, where he produced and directed promos, photo campaigns, music videos, and over a dozen award-winning commercials.
Delaney's experience in television production paved the way for his role as a producer on feature films at a sister company, Fluency. He eventually departed to start his own production company, Bishop Takes Queen, specializing in brand content, music videos, and film.
Bishop Takes Queen is known for its captivating productions, which often feature beauty, horror, and high-energy choreography. Delaney is currently attached to direct two feature films and has recently completed two short films, including "Animus", which has won Best Short in multiple film festivals.
