Dejan Acimovic, a renowned thespian, culminated his academic pursuits by graduating from the prestigious Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb in 1996. Prior to his formal education, he had already begun honing his craft, with a professional engagement at the ZKM theatre in Zagreb dating back to 1987.

In addition to his acting prowess, Acimovic has also ventured into the realm of directing, making his feature film debut with "Je li jasno, prijatelju?" (Is it clear, my friend?) in 2000. This critically acclaimed film garnered widespread recognition, earning invitations to festivals worldwide and securing the Silver award for Best First Film at the International Film Festival in Houston.
