Her academic pursuits took her to esteemed institutions such as Tulane University, Sarah Lawrence College, and the University of California, Los Angeles (U.C.L.A.),where she earned a graduate degree in Dance Movement Therapy and Choreography.
Notably, her choreography earned recognition at the prestigious American College Dance Festival, solidifying her reputation as a talented and accomplished artist. Over the years, she has honed her skills in movement therapy, a specialization that has allowed her to work with children in residential treatment programs.
Through her work, Dayna has developed expertise in teaching anger management, creating boundaries for girls who have been sexually abused, and using creative arts to express inner emotions. Her dedication to this field has spanned over two decades, with acting gigs serving as a catalyst for her movement therapy endeavors.
Dayna's training has been under the guidance of esteemed instructors, including the legendary Stella Adler, with whom she had the privilege of working in a Master Class alongside notable actors such as Mark Ruffalo and Robert Reed.
