Biography

David Pajo's illustrious music career began in the late 1980s and early 1990s as a member of the highly acclaimed and short-lived band 'Slint', hailing from Louisville, Kentucky. This groundbreaking group's existence was marked by a fleeting yet profoundly impactful presence, leaving an indelible mark on the music world. Subsequently, Pajo went on to collaborate with other notable artists, including Will Oldham and Stereolab, as well as the influential post-rock collective Tortoise.

Since 1995, Pajo has been actively releasing his own music under various monikers, such as M is the Thirteenth Letter, M, Aerial M, and Papa M. This creative output has been characterized by a diverse range of styles and sounds, showcasing Pajo's versatility and artistic range.

In addition to his solo work, Pajo has also contributed to the music of other notable projects. In 2001, he began working with Billy Corgan on the 'Zwan' project, which resulted in the 2002 film 'Spun' featuring their collaborative efforts.
