David Llauger Meiselman, a talented individual, was born in the vibrant city of New York to his mother, Milagros Llauger, a US citizen of Puerto Rican descent from Ponce, Puerto Rico. He spent his formative years in Chicago, soaking up the city's rich cultural heritage, before making the move to Los Angeles, where he currently resides.
