David Colin, Jr. embarked on his acting journey at a remarkably early age, with his first film appearance occurring when he was just three years old. This inaugural venture was Oliver Hellman's "Beyond the Door" (1974),a chilling Exorcist-inspired tale about a woman who becomes pregnant with a fetus from the devil. Colin's initial role was that of Juliet Mill's son, Ken, in the film.
Fast-forward to 1977, when Colin, now six years old, reprised his on-screen presence in Mario Bava's "Beyond the Door II" (also known as "Shock"). Interestingly, Colin did not reprise his from role the first film. Instead, he portrayed Marco, the son of Daria Nicolodi's character in the movie. As the story unfolds, Marco becomes possessed by his father, leading his mother and stepfather to witness ghostly apparitions and succumb to madness.
David Colin, Jr.'s acting career effectively came to a close in 1977, with "Beyond the Door" and "Beyond the Door II" remaining his most notable and prolific horror film appearances as a child star.
