David Cocheret, a talented filmmaker from The Netherlands, has made a name for himself in the industry. After completing his studies at The New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, he began his career by working on student films, gradually working his way up to more significant projects.
His breakthrough came when he was involved as a data handler in the production of Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, a major film that showcased his skills and dedication. Following this success, Cocheret went on to direct his first full-length feature film, Night Eyes, in 2014. The movie was shot on location in Los Angeles and gained recognition in the Netherlands, eventually being sold in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Currently, Cocheret is involved in various film, television, and online productions. He has directed four seasons of the popular Dutch TV-show High School Slut, which attracted millions of viewers. Furthermore, he served as the showrunner for 280 episodes of SpangaS, the longest-running teen drama series in the Netherlands.
In addition to his work in television, Cocheret is also developing his latest short film, Wolf's Claw, into a feature film.
