Biography

David, a talented filmmaker, received multiple art grants for his student short film "Emily's Song" while pursuing his degree at Hunter College in New York City.

As a film student, David's short film gained popularity and was quickly picked up for distribution by renowned producer Gill Holland.

The short film was featured in the Cineblast Vol. 3 compilation, earning recognition from IndieWire as one of the best short films of its time.

David has since directed numerous short films, music videos for prominent labels such as Universal, Sony Music, Warner, and Palm Pictures, many of which have reached the top ten on MTV's international charts.

He has also received a nomination at the Billboard Awards for best music video for a new artist.

David's extensive experience in commercial directing has led to collaborations with notable brands, including Unilever-Lipton, Bacardi, The Clorox Company, HBO Latino, and Tommy Hilfiger, for both the US and Spanish-language markets.

David has directed several projects that have garnered high acclaim. His 2011 sci-fi short film "Against the Wall," distributed by GoDigital and licensed by G4TV, a division of NBC Universal, has competed and been nominated in numerous film festivals across the U.S. and U.K.

Additionally, David received a Golden Palm Award at the 2012 Mexico International Film Festival for his short film "I am Julia."
