David was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, a city situated in the heart of the American Midwest, and later attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, a renowned institution of higher learning, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre, a field that would come to define his professional endeavors.
During his time at the University of Minnesota, David made a name for himself in the world of theatre, earning a nomination for the prestigious National Irene Ryan Acting Award at the American College Theatre Festival, a recognition that would later be followed by the esteemed title of Alumni of Notable Achievement bestowed upon him by his alma mater.
Throughout his illustrious career, David has had the privilege of working on over 500 television and radio commercials, as well as more than 75 professional stage productions, further solidifying his reputation as a talented and versatile performer. In addition to his extensive work in film and television, he has also had the opportunity to serve as the producer and host of "Northwoods Magazine," a popular weekly Wisconsin outdoors television program.
David's impressive resume also includes a nearly decade-long tenure at the Palmdale Playhouse in Palmdale, California, where he honed his skills as a teacher, writer, director, designer, creator of scenic art, and performer, bringing to life dozens of productions, including the world premieres of "Johnny Yuma, The Rebel at Appomattox" by Andrew J. Fenady, and "Tricker's Treat," which he also wrote and performed in.
Today, David continues to work as a writer, designer, director, producer, actor, and musician in various theatrical productions across the country, while also making guest appearances in television programs and motion pictures.
