Biography

Darbi Worley is an American actress residing in London, having previously lived in Minneapolis and Austin, Texas. Born and raised in Minneapolis, she took part in over 20 stage productions throughout her childhood, showcasing her versatility by playing a wide range of roles, from the title character in Winnie the Pooh to Maria in West Side Story and Elaine in Arsenic and Old Lace.

Following her college education, Darbi sensibly secured a day job in sales, only to quit shortly after, opting instead to join a rock band as a vocalist. During this period, she worked as a session vocalist at Prince's renowned recording facility, Paisley Park Studios, and appeared in a music video directed by the Purple One. Her captivating smile and infectious energy led to multiple commercial appearances and her first starring role in a film, playing a cheerleader, as expected.

Darbi's path was not without its twists and turns, as she held various jobs, including dog handler, poop shoveler, and award-winning CareerBuilder.com sales rep. Eventually, she found her way back to acting, starring in the independent feature, "The Krone Experiment," and providing voiceovers for the video games, "Starlancer" and "Conquest: Frontier Wars." She also appeared in numerous commercials and earned her SAG card while filming a national spot for American Airlines in December.

Subsequently, Darbi relocated to New York City, making her NYC stage debut in "Design Your Kitchen" with the award-winning Bat Theater Company at The Flea Theater. She had the privilege of assisting with the development of AR Gurney's hit comedy, "Mrs. Farnsworth," starring Sigourney Weaver, John Lithgow, and Danny Burstein.

Darbi has appeared on "All My Children" occasionally and is a regular contributor to the NBC series, "House Smarts." She has played the roles of ladies of the night on "Rescue Me" and the History Channel series, "Breaking Vegas," which is currently airing in repeats. Darbi has also lent her voice to a variety of commercials and industrials, both on-camera and voice-over.

She was the voice of "Conversations with Carlos Watson" on NBC and "Demanded" on Music Choice. Darbi graduated from the two-year program at The Esper Studio, where she studied under Terry Knickerbocker. Her favorite project was Wake Up World with Lizz Winstead, a weekly satire of the week's news that played every week Off-Broadway.

Currently, Darbi dedicates her time to voiceover work, most notably as Withered Chica in Five Nights at Freddy's: Custom Nights. She is also an avid gym-goer and holds a black belt in karate, boasting the ability to kick your ass if needed.
