Dagney is a talented individual who hails from Cincinnati, Ohio. She received a prestigious education at the Cincinnati School for the Creative and Performing Arts, where she honed her skills in the arts. Additionally, she had the opportunity to apprentice with the esteemed Cincinnati Ballet Company and Cincinnati Opera.
Following her graduation from Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater/Dance, Dagney relocated to Los Angeles, where she quickly gained recognition for her impressive range as an actress, writer, and dancer. Her comedic talents have been showcased in a variety of roles, including her memorable portrayal of Kathy, the demon roommate who irons her jeans while listening to Cher, in the popular television series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".
Dagney has also made notable appearances in other TV shows and national commercials, and her performance in the feature film "Park" was praised by Daily Variety as "positively radiant" and "hilarious". On stage, she has shone as the lead and choreographer in the Geffen Playhouse production of "You Can't Take It With You", as well as in the award-winning show "Mr. Burns" with Sacred Fools Theater.
Furthermore, Dagney is an accomplished playwright, with her plays being produced across the country. She has also written and starred in the short films "The Business Meeting" and "Like", which premiered at the Dances with Films Festival in Hollywood.
