Cornelia Ivancan embarked on her acting journey by completing her training at the esteemed European Theater Institute in Berlin, subsequently undertaking residences in New York and London, before making her film debut in the captivating "Der Vampir auf der Couch" alongside renowned actors Tobias Moretti and Jeanette Hain.
This cinematic endeavour premiered at the prestigious Busan International Film Festival and went on to win the coveted Gold Prize at the Montreal Fantasia Film Festival in 2015.
In 2014, Ivancan starred in the international production "Woman in Gold" alongside the esteemed Helen Mirren and Ryan Reynolds, under the direction of Simon Curtis, and shared the screen with Christina Hendricks in Matthew Weiner's "The Romanoffs" in 2017.
Beyond her numerous film and television appearances, Cornelia Ivancan is widely recognized for her roles in the Austrian drama series "Copstories" and Bully Herbig's "Bullyparade - Der Film".
In 2021, Ivancan took on the lead role in the psychological drama "Smother", featuring elements of horror, directed by the talented Achmed Abdel Salam.
