Born Gloria Angelina Katharina Alletto on October 31, 1941, in New Jersey, Camacho's early life was marked by a passion for music, as she studied piano at the Conservatory of Music and Arts as a child and continued her studies in high school. Following her family's relocation to Los Angeles, Camacho embarked on a modeling career in the 1960s before transitioning to acting, making her television debut in 1967.
Throughout her television career, Camacho appeared in numerous shows, including Medical Center (1969),Days of Our Lives (1965),Consenting Adult (1985),Cannon (1971),and others. She also had recurring roles on The Rockford Files (1974) and Mannix (1967). With her striking dark hair and exotic looks, Camacho's acting career was marked by her versatility and range.
In her personal life, Camacho was married to Drew Michaels and Richard Camacho, and was sometimes credited as Corinne Michaels. In the 1990s, she relocated to New Mexico to run a hospice center, before becoming a life coach in Oregon in 2001.
