Corey Scott Feldman is a renowned American actor, musician, and activist, who has been actively working in the entertainment industry for nearly 50 years. His career began at the tender age of three, starring in a Clio Award-winning McDonald's commercial. Since then, he has appeared in over 80 films and numerous television shows.
Feldman's early career saw him make guest appearances in popular TV series such as Mork & Mindy, Alice, and Eight Is Enough. He then landed a regular role on the sitcom The Bad News Bears and made his big-screen debut in Time After Time.
In the 1980s, Feldman established himself as a horror genre specialist, starring in films like Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter and The Lost Boys, for which he won the Young Artist Award for Best Young Actor in a Horror Motion Picture.
Throughout the 1990s, Feldman continued to appear in blockbuster films such as The Goonies, Stand by Me, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He also took time off to focus on his personal life and returned to the film world with appearances in Loaded Weapon 1, Maverick, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III.
In the 2000s, Feldman directed his first film, Busted, and appeared in the comedy Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star. He was honored with a Former Child Star Lifetime Achievement Award in 2004 and received the best actor award at the Luxemburg Film Festival for his performance in The Birthday.
Feldman has also been recognized for his work in the horror genre, winning the Crystal Reel Best Actor Award for his performance in Terror Inside. He executive produced and starred in Lost Boys: The Tribe and Lost Boys: The Thirst, and has appeared in a range of other films, including Operation Belvis Bash, Lucky Fritz, and Corbin Nash.
As a musician, Feldman has released 10 full albums and seven soundtracks, and has toured North America twice with his band, The Truth Movement. His most recent tour, Love Re-Tours, lasted over two years and featured his latest solo project, a Box Set entitled Love Left 2.1.
Feldman has also been an advocate for various social and environmental causes, including animal rights, environmentalism, and children's rights. He is a spokesperson for PETA and the Amie Karen Cancer Fund, and has been a supporter of environmental charity, Global Green.
In 2013, Feldman wrote a New York Times Best Selling Autobiography, which was met with incredible reviews. He has also been a vocal advocate for victims of child abuse, and has worked to change laws in the States of New York and California to give victims a chance for justice.
Feldman's most recent projects include a documentary about his own experiences with child abuse, titled My Truth: The Rape of Two Corey's, and a forthcoming 24-city arena tour as the opener for Limp Bizkit.
