Connie's formative years were spent in North Dakota, yet it is Wyoming that holds a special place in her heart, as it is where she truly considers herself to have originated from.
Under the guidance of her drama teacher, Connie's passion for theatre and art flourished, leading to her being cast in her school's productions and receiving encouragement to pursue scholarship opportunities. Her talents were extensively recognized, as she earned an impressive total of 12 medals in state theatre competition during her junior year alone, with her medals spanning across categories including acting, original screenplay, and costume design.
Despite her love for performing never truly fading, Connie's path eventually diverged, and she was absent from the camera's gaze for a period of 12 years.
In 2017, Connie refocused her energies on advancing and validating her passion for film by founding Connie D Franklin, LLC, a vehicle through which she is now able to produce films within her community, as well as continue to act.
Through her business, Connie strives to bring her captivating and meaningful performances to the screen, taking on a diverse range of roles that are both entertaining and thought-provoking.
