Connie Chiume

Connie Chiume, a talented actress of note, came into this world on June 5, 1952, in the city of Welkom, situated in the heart of South Africa. Her remarkable career, spanning many years, left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry, with notable roles in films such as Black Panther (2018),a blockbuster hit that captivated audiences worldwide, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022),a sequel that built upon the original's success. Prior to her untimely passing, Chiume also appeared in the popular television series Soul City (1994),which aired in South Africa and garnered a significant following. Sadly, her life was cut short when she departed this mortal coil on August 6, 2024, in Johannesburg, the vibrant city of Gauteng, South Africa, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire and entertain generations to come.
