Colin Owens, a multifaceted talent, emerged from Sacramento, California, with a path to stardom that was as unique as it was fascinating. His college years marked the beginning of his modeling career, as he walked the catwalk for various fashion brands and department stores across Northern California. A chance encounter backstage at a Levi's fashion show in San Francisco led to an agent from Los Angeles discovering his potential and urging him to relocate to pursue modeling full-time.
With rapid success in his grasp, Colin made the move to Southern California, only to find himself relocating once more, this time to Milan, Italy. There, he strutted down the runway and posed for photo shoots for some of the world's most renowned fashion designers and magazines. Upon his return to the US, he began booking national television commercials and honed his acting skills at prestigious acting schools throughout Los Angeles.
Initially, Colin's acting experience was limited to television commercials, but his paths soon crossed with Ashton Kutcher, leading to a four-year stint as the actor's exclusive photo double, stand-in, and occasional stunt performer in multiple feature films, commercials, and the TV show Two and a Half Men. It was during the production of the feature film Valentine's Day that director Garry Marshall offered Colin his first speaking role in a feature film, sparking a passion for the performance arts that has yet to be extinguished.
Since then, Colin has been cast in several feature films, television shows, and continues to star in numerous national network commercials. When he's not in front of the camera, Colin can be found playing guitar and vocals in a few bands, performing to crowds of any size. Currently, he resides in Charleston, South Carolina, where he continues to pursue his passions and make a name for himself in the entertainment industry.
