Born and raised in the nation's capital, Washington D.C., Coley embarked on a journey in the world of acting, with her early experiences including productions at the renowned Ford's Theatre, as well as a national tour and Broadway appearances. Upon graduating from the University of Vermont, she made the bold move to Los Angeles, where she discovered a newfound passion for improv, which ultimately led her to explore her creative talents in writing and directing.
Coley's impressive filmography boasts a critically acclaimed short film, 'Boutonniere', which premiered at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival and went on to inspire the feature-length adaptation, 'Sassy Pants', starring a talented cast including Anna Gunn, Diedrich Bader, and Haley Joel Osment. Her latest feature, 'Mud Key', marks her second foray into feature filmmaking.
In addition to her work in the film industry, Coley has also had the opportunity to mentor on several short films through Outset, Outfest's esteemed Young Filmmakers Lab. When she's not bringing her creative vision to life on the big screen, Coley can be found flipping houses, a hobby that allows her to express her entrepreneurial spirit. With a split residence between Los Angeles and her beloved Key West, Coley's life is a perfect blend of creativity, adventure, and relaxation.
