Christina Elizabeth Smith was born and raised outside Nashville, Tennessee, where she developed a passion for the performing arts from a young age. By the time she was just ten years old, she was already a touring competitive dancer, and by the age of fourteen, she had become a national champion. This early success in dance laid the foundation for her future endeavors in the entertainment industry.
As she entered her teenage years, Christina discovered her love for acting, and at the age of sixteen, she stole one of her older sister's Uta Hagen acting books, marking the beginning of her journey as a serious student of the craft.
Throughout her career, Christina has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG/AFTRA) and has appeared in a wide range of television shows and films. Her most notable role to date is her recurring character, Ginny Young, on the popular TV series NCIS: New Orleans. She has also had roles on The Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives, Paradise Lost, and Grey's Anatomy, among others.
In addition to her work in television, Christina has also had success in film, starring in the movie "Ever," which won the Audience Award at the Chicago Reeling International Film Festival. She has had the opportunity to work alongside renowned actors such as Geena Davis, Alan Ruck, and Scott Bakula, among others.
Christina is also a talented writer, producer, and actress, and she has used her talents to raise awareness about important social issues. One such project is her short film, Pretext, which addresses the aftermath of sexual assault.

One of Christina's most notable stage roles was her breakout performance as Georgie in Spike Heels, which she performed with The Beverly Hills Playhouse.
