Christa's journey in the film industry began at the tender age of four, and it was love at first sight. Her debut film was Hall Pass, where she secured the supporting role of Emma, starring alongside Owen Wilson and Jenna Fischer as their daughter. She cherished the experience, particularly spending time in the hair and make-up trailer, and forming connections with the talented individuals she met, including the Farrelly Brothers and Owen Wilson.
As Christa continued to pursue her acting career, she enjoyed taking on a diverse range of roles. She became a regular on the acclaimed children's program Love That Book, which earned an Emmy Award for Children's Programming, and landed the lead role in The Hideout, which went on to sweep the prestigious SonScreen Film Festival and the Broad Street Festival, with Christa receiving the Best Actress award for her outstanding performance.
As she grew older, Christa decided to take a temporary hiatus from acting to explore other creative outlets, such as songwriting. She had the opportunity to perform at the renowned Bonnaroo festival alongside The Edge and Jack Johnson, and has since built a growing catalog of songs, releasing several music videos.
During her break from acting, Christa felt a strong desire to return to the film industry. She collaborated with friends from her high school days to create student films, which eventually evolved into YR Productions, a company she actively produces for and co-founded. Since 2019, she has produced various films and is currently pursuing a degree in film and business at Boston University.
