Biography

Chris Corso, a multifaceted individual, has had the privilege of studying with esteemed acting coaches in Los Angeles, including the renowned Beverly Hills playhouse.

As a writer, Chris has penned several scripts, including the dark comedy "The Gardener", which revolves around twin brothers embroiled in a bitter struggle over a middle-class inheritance.

He has also written "Surviving the Cool", a drama that explores the tumultuous journey of a jazz musician navigating a mental institution in the 1950s, loosely based on true events. This project has been optioned, and Chris is currently working on bringing it to life.

In addition, Chris co-wrote the feature film "Poolhall Junkies" alongside Mars Callahan, which boasts an impressive cast, including Academy Award winner Christopher Walken, Chazz Palminteri, Rick Schroder, and Rod Steiger. This cult classic was released in theaters across the United States in 2003 and has garnered over 500 positive customer reviews on Amazon.

Chris's most recent project is the jazz documentary "The Amateur", which he wrote and produced. It was released on Amazon in 2012. When not engaged in writing, Chris can be found playing piano in a jazz trio around Los Angeles.
