China Anderson is a multifaceted talent who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. With a passion for acting, singing, dancing, and modeling, she is rapidly becoming a household name.
At just four years old, China began pursuing her dreams by attending her first audition, which resulted in her booking a role in the feature film "Idlewild" alongside the musical group Outkast. Less than a year later, she landed a starring role in the #1 Box Office Movie "Madea's Family Reunion" directed by Tyler Perry.
In 2007, China made her debut in Eddie Murphy's #1 Feature Film "Norbit" as Young Kate Thomas. She also appeared in the 2010 film "Krews". Her television credits include a role on ABC's sitcom "Carpoolers", which premiered in 2008, as well as a feature in Keke Palmer's music video "All My Girlz".
China has also appeared in numerous national commercials and print ads for prominent brands such as Wells Fargo, Target, Disney 3 6 5, Skechers, Walmart, McDonald's, Travelers Insurance, AT&T, and Macy's, as well as the UCLA Children's Center. She has also appeared in the infomercial "That's Revolting" and stars in the series "Diary of a Single Mom" directed by Robert Townsend, which premiered in 2009 and recurs in episodes in 2010 and 2011.
In her latest projects, China has recurs on ABC's hit series "Grey's Anatomy" and guest-starred on NBC's hit series "Heroes". She was also featured on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Kevin Eubanks" in May 2010. Additionally, she is a featured voice in Steven Spielberg's upcoming "Alien Invasion Pilot" titled "Fallen Skies", set to release in 2011.
In 2010/2011, China was featured across the board on Wells Fargo's national television commercials, voice-overs, radio, and print ads. She was also a cast member in the theatre drama "Fences" written by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright August Wilson, directed by Eileen Mack Knight.
Prior to her feature film roles, China was crowned the Division Winner for ages three to four in the "Hawaiian Tropic Model Search" runway competition. She also does cheer-leading for Young Champions Cheer America, where she competed and took 1st Place Division Winner.
When she's not entertaining, China enjoys reading to younger audiences, bowling, shopping, going to movies, and doing gymnastics.
