Charmaine DeGrate is a renowned and accomplished Writer and Producer, boasting an impressive array of credits that have garnered her an Emmy nomination. Her extensive portfolio includes notable projects such as Daisy Jones and The Six, Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon, and Star Wars: The Acolyte. Moreover, she has worked on various film and television projects for prominent companies like Lucasfilm, HBO, AppleTv, Amazon, Netflix, Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, and Skydance.
Prior to her illustrious career, Charmaine attended Vassar College, where she spent her summers interning in Washington, D.C. for the U.S. Congress and honing her production skills at the Powerhouse Theatre. She graduated with a double major in Political Science and English Literature from Vassar College.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Charmaine DeGraté is committed to giving back to the community. She serves on the Advisory Board of the International Women in Media Foundation and actively works to create opportunities for young storytellers through her involvement with the National Endowment of the Arts, the Austin Film Festival, and The Roybal School of Film and Television.
