Person Biography:
Born in Townsville, Charlotte moved to the Gold Coast in 2021 to pursue her passion for drama, commencing her Drama Scholarship and Academic Excellence Program. She was appointed Youth Ambassador for AACTA/AFI (Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts/Australian Film Institute) and later won the 2024 City of Gold Coast Student Excellence Award in Fostering Creative Arts.
As a talented young actress, Charlotte has appeared in multiple productions on various streaming platforms, including Netflix, Foxtel, Disney +, Prime, ABC/BBC. She has also presented at the 2022 International Screen Forever 37 - 21st Screen Producers Australia Awards.
In 2022, Charlotte's voice was featured in the film "Sorella's Story" (Soul Vision Films),which screened at the prestigious La Biennale di Venezia (Venice International Film Festival). She is fluent in Spanish, her second language.
Charlotte's impressive credits include featuring in seasons 1, 2 & 3 of the Emmy Award-winning TV show 'Bluey', which has been streamed over a billion minutes in the US on Disney+ and aired in more than 60 countries globally. She has been working with Ludo Studios since the beginning of production, appearing in multiple episodes as multiple characters.
Before her work on 'Bluey', Charlotte appeared on screen in the iconic US TV Show Sesame Street. She has also screened in leading roles at Raleigh Studios in LA and Festival de Cannes at a young age.
Charlotte has featured in leading roles in BAFTA-nominated and AACTA Shorts Awards-nominated films. She is regularly complimented on her dedication to the industry, inspiring and empowering her peers and helping others behind the scenes.
In addition to her on-screen work, Charlotte has gained valuable experience in the industry, including work experience with Rasmussen Casting CGA. She has also been involved in various film festivals, featuring in panels and as a guest speaker.
Charlotte's numerous awards and accolades include being a 2023 Guest Youth Juror at the Adelaide Film Festival, a 2023 Honours Program recipient at Griffith Conservatorium Griffith University, and a 2022 Winner of the QLD Griffith University MLTQA Spanish Language Award. She has also been recognized for her cultural and academic achievements, including winning the 2022 Cultural Academic Merit Award at the Waldorf Excellence Program.
