Biography

Charles Kim, a true native of Los Angeles, spent his formative years in the culturally rich neighborhoods of K-town, Hollywood, and WeHo. He earned his high school diploma from the esteemed Fairfax High School and later graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, before embarking on a journey to Washington State, where he spent a significant portion of his 20s. After returning to his hometown of Los Angeles, Kim made his stage debut in the iconic play "Rumours" by Neil Simon, portraying the character of Glenn Cooper, an aspiring senator. Since then, he has amassed an impressive 14-year-long resume in live sketch comedy, complemented by numerous appearances on stage, television, and film. Kim is also a proud member of the award-winning multicultural sketch troupe "OPM" (Opening People's Minds),where he served as the Artistic Director, Co-Producer, Writer, and Actor, showcasing his multifaceted talents.
