Grounded in the power of storytelling as a tool for liberation, Carolina's work focuses on themes of generational healing, diasporic longings, and collective storytelling. As the Co-Founding and Co-Producing Artistic Leader of The Song Collective, she is dedicated to fostering a community of artists who explore complex issues such as identity, race, intersectionality, immigration, and the refugee experience.
Throughout her career, Carolina has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry. As an actor, she has had the opportunity to work on Broadway, collaborating with esteemed theatre companies such as Second Stage, PlayCo, Yangtze Rep, JACK, The Hearth, Piper Theater, LoadingDock, and CreativeTime.
