Bridget Stokes is a renowned Los Angeles-based director and producer with an impressive portfolio spanning over 18 years, comprising a diverse range of projects including feature films, television shows, and shorts. Her most recent endeavors include serving as the director and co-executive producer of Season 3 of HBO's critically acclaimed A Black Lady Sketch Show, created by the talented Robin Thede, which garnered Bridget her first Emmy nomination for Outstanding Directing for a Variety Series.
In addition to her work on A Black Lady Sketch Show, Bridget also directed and co-executive produced the kid-friendly series Hello, Jack! The Kindness Show, exclusively available on Apple TV+, which was created by the talented duo Jack McBrayer and Angela Santomero. Her extensive directing credits also include the 2019 feature film Boy Genius, starring the talented Miles Brown and Rita Wilson; Disney Channel's popular series Gabby Duran & The Unsittables; and the upcoming comedy series Saturdays, set to premiere on Disney.
