Brian Quintero is a renowned Costa Rican-Canadian actor and filmmaker, recognized for his captivating performances in various projects, including The Abandons on Netflix, The Umbrella Academy on Netflix, and Billy the Kid on MGM+, with a prestigious nomination for Best Ensemble at FilmQuest for The Killgrin and a Best Actor in a Drama award at the Actors Awards in Los Angeles for Narcissistic.
As a multi-talented individual, Brian has also ventured into writing and directing, with his horror-comedy short film Oldtimers earning the Silver Audience Award for Best Canadian Short Film at the Fantasia International Film Festival, as well as the Youth Jury Prize and Best Audience Choice Award at the San Sebastián Horror & Fantasy Film Festival in Spain. This remarkable achievement led to his selection for the Blood in the Snow Horror Development Lab.
In addition to his directing endeavors, Brian has also helmed As We Fall Silent, which won the Best Narrative Short award at the 512 ATX Film Festival.
