Born to Marleen and Gary DePersia, Brian DePersia's early life was marked by significant events that would shape his future. Following his parents' divorce, his mother remarried, and the family relocated to Stamford, Connecticut, where Brian's new stepfather, Harvey Goodman, became a part of their lives. During this period, Brian began his acting career with a role in the 1987 film "Deadtime Stories".
At the tender age of 10, Brian's family made another significant move, this time to Saranac Lake, New York, where they had purchased a 150-acre ranch. It was here that Brian developed a lifelong passion for skiing, and he became one of the first people in his area to introduce snowboarding to the local mountains. Although he eventually gravitated back to skiing, he continued to enjoy the thrill of racing on and off throughout his high school and college years.
Brian's interest in the entertainment industry was rekindled during his high school years, when he participated in numerous productions. This experience likely played a significant role in his decision to pursue a career in the arts.
Following his graduation from Skidmore College in 2000, Brian turned down a spot at Fordham Law School and instead began his journey in the entertainment industry. He started by working in the mailroom at the William Morris Agency in New York City during the summer of that year. After nearly a year of working as an assistant to agent Jeffrey Hunter, Brian transferred to the Beverly Hills office.
For the past 18 months, Brian has been working as an assistant to WMA head honcho Jim Wiatt, a position he secured after previously working under Jason Barrett.
