Brian DeCubellis has spent nearly two decades crafting compelling narratives and visions for the big and small screens, as well as for commercials, music videos, and various programming. As a multifaceted creative force, he has made a name for himself as a director, producer, and screenwriter.
In recent years, Brian has wrapped up work on the feature film Trust, which boasts an impressive cast featuring Victoria Justice, Matthew Daddario, Katherine McNamara, and Lucien Laviscount. His debut feature, Manhattan Night, stars an equally impressive ensemble including Adrien Brody, Yvonne Strahovski, Campbell Scott, and Jennifer Beals.
Prior to his work in film, Brian served as the founding Creative Director at MTV and Viacom's creative group Scratch, where his innovative ideas and artistic direction earned him numerous accolades. His impressive resume boasts an Effie Award, Ava Platinum Award, Creativity Annual, Beacon Award, Mobius Award, Gracie Award, Prism Award, and even a prestigious Peabody Award, as well as an Emmy nomination.
In addition to his work in television, Brian has also had the privilege of directing programming with over 300 recording artists for MTV Networks, as well as for RollingStone.com and getmusic.com, where he served as the in-house video director. In 2003, Brian founded DeCubellis Films, a production company that has since shifted its focus to developing and producing original feature films and television shows.
