Brian Cleveland's impressive educational background began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.
He started his career in documentary film, working on BIOGRAPHY for the A&E channel, as well as contributing to new media productions for the AMPEX Corporation. Additionally, he wrote and directed a short film titled "Dollarsandsense," which earned the prestigious "Best of" award at New York's Short Film Slam.
Brian's aspiration to transition into feature films led him to pursue screenwriting at NYU, where he honed his skills. He then collaborated with his brother, Jason Cleveland, on the vampire script "Soul's Midnight," which would star the renowned Armand Assante and be produced by Gray Frederickson of Graymark Productions.
The duo's next project was the supernatural horror film "Fingerprints," which boasted an impressive cast, including Kristin Cavallari, Leah Pipes, and Lou Diamond Phillips. The film's success was marked by its win of "Best Feature" at the New York City Horror Film Festival, and it continues to play regularly on Showtime.
Brian brings a unique set of skills and perspectives to CMG, including his expertise as an accomplished photographer, whose work has been published in Light Leaks magazine and featured in a group gallery show in New Orleans. His extensive travels through Africa, Asia, and South America have broadened his cultural understanding, and he is a certified master scuba diver and cave diver, showcasing his adventurous spirit.
