Biography

Brandi has undergone a remarkable journey, originating from her birthplace in Ft Myers, Florida, and later being raised in South Carolina by her parents, Bruce and Sally, both professionals in the medical field. As an only child, Brandi has developed a strong passion for performing, which began at a tender age when she took dance classes for 11 years. Her love for performing was sparked by witnessing a local beauty pageant, where she exclaimed she wanted to participate. She did, and her talent was recognized as she won awards for prettiest hair, eyes, and Miss Photogenic.

Brandi's desire to perform led her to participate in local community plays and musicals, where she won various awards for her dance, singing, and acting skills. Her passion for performing only grew stronger as she traveled to New York City and Los Angeles, where she was fascinated by the entertainment industry. To further hone her craft, Brandi trained at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theater & Film Institute in New York City for a summer program.

Brandi's determination to succeed in the entertainment industry led her to make significant changes in her life. She decided to be home-schooled, allowing her to focus on her goals and ideals. As a result, she graduated high school two years early, at the age of 15, in 2013. Brandi continues to grow as a singer, dancer, and actress, and she is now planning a move to Los Angeles to pursue her main passion, acting.

At the age of 16, Brandi currently resides in Pennsylvania, just a short train ride away from New York City. She is also trained in American Karate, in which she recently achieved her first-degree black belt. In addition to her acting pursuits, Brandi is an accomplished screenwriter. Her second short film script, "Tiger Lili," a dramatic coming-of-age story about a young girl dealing with domestic violence, was accepted into the Beverly Hills Film Festival, as well as several other notable film festivals.

Brandi has also co-written the short films "Two Rounds" and "No Brainer," in which she starred. She penned her first lead role in "The Silver Key," as well as the screenplay. Brandi has written her first feature film script and is currently in the process of editing. Her talent has not gone unnoticed, as she has garnered two Young Artist Award nominations. Her first nomination was for Best Young Actress - Short Film for her portrayal of the autistic pre-teen, Jenny Hastert, in "Broken Pieces." Her second nomination was for Best Web Performance - Young Actress for her portrayal of the confused teenage witch battling forces of evil, Michelle Smith, in "The Dark One" (Season 1).
