Born in the vibrant city of El Paso, Texas, Billy's life was forever changed at the tender age of five after being captivated by the iconic children's television show Sesame Street and the legendary rock band KISS. This early exposure to the world of music had a profound impact on Billy, as he was subsequently drawn to a life of melody and rhythm.
Hailing from a rich musical heritage, Billy's great-grandfather led a prominent big band in Mexico during the early 20th century, entertaining some of history's most notable figures, including the infamous Pancho Villa. Billy's family tree is also dotted with talented relatives, including uncles and cousins who made their mark in the world of music, performing with big bands and symphonies.
As he grew older, Billy's dedication to music only intensified, and he went on to form numerous bands, touring the country, playing in clubs, theaters, arenas, and amphitheaters. He had the opportunity to open for some of the biggest names in rock, fulfilling his childhood dreams and cementing his status as a talented musician.
However, Billy's creative endeavors did not stop at music. In the mid-1990s, he made the bold decision to pursue a career in acting. He honed his craft at Richland College in Richardson, Texas, and further refined his skills through private lessons with some of the state's most renowned acting coaches. Billy's early work in the industry consisted of small, local indie films, but he soon began to land bigger roles, including a national commercial and appearances in films such as Jonah Hex, starring Josh Brolin.
Billy's impressive resume continued to grow, with notable performances in films like The Last Stand, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the Robert Rodriguez-directed Machete, Machete Kills, and Sin City: A Dame To Kill For.
