Ben Stobber is a Student Emmy and Broadway World award-winning actor, as well as a co-creator of the Lucky Sevens Film Challenge, a unique project that provides seven indie filmmakers with the opportunity to shoot a feature film in just seven days, with a crew of no more than seven members, and a budget of $7,000 in 2021.
Born in Hudson, Wisconsin, but raised in the small town of Pueblo West, Colorado, Stobber developed his passion for acting at a young age. He began performing in talent shows, musicals, and speech and debate competitions, and his love for Shakespeare only grew stronger with time.
In 2002, Stobber moved to Las Vegas, where he landed opportunities with Paramount's Star Trek: The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. He also worked as a scare actor for Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Blue Man Group at the Venetian, and Cirque du Soleil's Love at the Mirage.
Stobber's first time in front of the camera was in 2004, when he auditioned for TNT's Dramatic Auditions. He was selected as one of five semifinalists in the Las Vegas region, and this experience helped him land his first starring role as Ash in the Las Vegas premiere of Evil Dead the Musical.
This performance led to his first starring role on the Las Vegas strip at Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, where he performed for almost three years. He also appeared in notable productions such as Legwarmers, Divorce Party the Musical, and Awesome 80's Prom.
In recent years, Stobber has appeared in a number of films, including Bloodthirst, Immortal Wars, Bus Party to Hell, Sunset Society, and Unwritten.
