Ben, a talented individual, has made a significant mark in the film industry as a director and writer, with his latest project, 3 Minutes of Silence, being his fourth endeavor with production company Bolo Films.
Ben's journey in the entertainment world began in theatre, where he honed his skills as an actor and director, even running his own theatre company in the North East of England. After relocating to London, he furthered his education by studying acting at the renowned Drama Centre and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Bolo Films, a Manchester-based production company, has a remarkable track record, with their previous short films, I'm Sorry to Tell You, Taubman, and Hope Dies Last, gaining international recognition by playing at over 75 festivals, being BAFTA shortlisted, and qualifying for the Academy Awards in 2017.
Ben's latest project, 3 Minutes of Silence, has received funding from the BFI Network and is currently making its way through the festival circuit, having already been showcased at 10 international festivals.
In addition to his current endeavors, Ben is also working on developing his first feature film, Hyem, which has received funding from the BFI Network.
