Barry's life journey began in Oliver, British Columbia, where his earliest years were spent. However, it was in Vernon, British Columbia, where he spent most of his formative years, shaping his early experiences and laying the foundation for the person he would become.
Despite having a deep-seated passion for acting, Barry never seriously pursued it until he made the bold decision to relocate to Vancouver in the year 2001. It was a close friend's suggestion to take a chance and give acting a try that ultimately sparked Barry's entry into the world of acting.
Since making the leap, Barry has been diligently honing his craft, quickly becoming an integral part of the Vancouver Stunt Community. His involvement in stunts has not only allowed him to tap into his physical abilities but also to explore the more emotive aspects of acting, resulting in a unique blend of performance styles that he thoroughly enjoys.
